Job summary

Silterra Malaysia Sdn Bhd is seeking an engineering professional to provide a technical interface to customers and the fab, while managing technical programs to sustain key accounts. You will participate in yield improvement, product development and qualification, and assist in technology transfer and new development initiatives.

You will also provide active support to Sales & Marketing to close new business, and coordinate prototype qualification activities to ramp production quickly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering/Microelectronics/Applied Physics/Material Sciences or related field from a recognized institution.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical interface to customers and the fab and ensure smooth exchange of technical data.
• Provide technical program management to sustain the customers.
• Participate in/assist customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development & qualification.
• Aid in customer technology transfer/development, lead/participate in new technology development & introduction program for customer.
• Provide active support/technical expertise to Sales & Marketing to close new business.
• Own & provide technical support to customer tapeout, own & process prototype lot, coordinate/support post-fabout customer prototype qualification activities to ramp the proto device into production in shortest possible time.
• Work with Yield Engineering to meet/exceed product yield entitlement.
• Work with manufacturing team to meet the production goals.
