Job summary

- Bachelor's degree in electronics/electrical/microelectronics or related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience in IC design, product engineering or NPI (Senior Engineers).
- Skills: device physics, statistical analysis, electrical testing.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical interface to customers and the fab for smooth data exchange.
- Provide technical program management to sustain customers.
- Assist in customer sort/FT yield improvement, product development and qualification.
- Support customer technology transfer/development and lead new technology introduction programs.
- Supply active technical support to Sales & Marketing to close new business.
- Own and provide technical support to customer tapeout; coordinate prototype and ramp to production.
- Collaborate with Yield Engineering to meet product yield targets.
- Coordinate with manufacturing to meet production goals.
