Job summary

SkyeChip Berhad in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an experienced SIPI Engineer to own high-speed interface performance from simulation to silicon. You will use tools like HyperLynx, Ansys SIwave and Cadence Sigrity to analyze crosstalk, reflection and impedance, and drive PDN optimization for robust power delivery.

You will collaborate with chip, package and board design teams, lead design reviews, root cause analyses and customer engagements.

Qualifications

• SIPI experience with signal integrity simulations and EM challenges.
• Ability to communicate technically with customers and internal teams.
• Bachelor degree in Electrical-Electronic Engineering.

Responsibilities

• SI simulation for high-speed interfaces and analysis of crosstalk, reflection, and impedance.
• PDN analysis and decoupling capacitor selection for power integrity.
• Lead design reviews, root cause analysis, and customer engagements.
