Customer Success Consultant position at a software company, involving industry

• 1. Support the branch development including but not limited to market technical research, basic data collection etc.;
• 2. Responsible for the technical capability
• 3. Support the product demo meetings including but not limited to technical demand exploration, product demo, Q&A etc.
• 4. Product trainings to Cubicost users; monitor the product usage of key clients and improve the satisfaction through all kinds of ways;
• 5. Project guidance for key clients upon business demand;
• 6. Prepare technical materials for demo, training purposes;
• 7. Public technical speech upon demand;
• 8. Team collaboration on marketing events.

Job Requirements:

• 1.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil), Quantity Survey or equivalent
• 2.At least 1 year working experience in the related field
• 3.Required Skill(s): BIM expertise, digital construction, Cubicost
• Preferably Executive specialized in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.
• 4.We expect candidates to be fluent in English and able to communicate in both Chinese and English.
