Job summary

ServeDeck Innovation Sdn Bhd is seeking a motivated intern to support the Customer Success team with data entry, reporting, and administrative tasks. You will help maintain accurate customer records, prepare basic usage reports, and coordinate meetings and follow-ups.

The role offers practical exposure to customer success operations and business processes, with opportunities to learn Excel reporting and documentation best practices.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's degree in related fields listed in the ad.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office apps, especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good organisational skills.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, able to learn quickly and work independently.
• Able to handle confidential information and maintain records securely.
• Commitment of at least 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support Customer Success team with managing customer information and records.
• Prepare basic reports and maintain tracking sheets in Excel.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, and follow-up actions.
• Take meeting minutes and document decisions and tasks.
• Assist with emails, documents, and other admin duties as assigned.
