Job summary

Experian Marketing Services Malaysia Sdn Bhd is offering an internship role designed to give you exposure across multiple operational activities. Interns may receive course credit and will contribute to the smooth execution of operational processes.

As an intern, you will provide daily support including order fulfillment and data management, coordinate with vendors and teams, and maintain databases while following up on customer requests and issues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, general education qualification, or equivalent.
• With a good understanding and appreciation of operational processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily operational support, including order fulfillment, delivery coordination, data management, and administrative activities.
• Coordinate with data vendors, service providers, and team members to ensure smooth operational processes.
• Perform accurate data entry, updates, and maintenance of operational records and databases.
• Follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure resolution of customer requests and operational issues.
• Identify and escape operational issues, while proactively driving solutions and improvements.
