Job summary

Carsome Sdn Bhd is seeking a detail‑oriented intern to extract and update customer details from the CRM into Google Sheets, ensuring data accuracy. The role involves preparing weekly and monthly reports with charts, using pivot tables to analyze data, and creating clear presentations for management review.

You will also perform general administrative tasks, follow up with customers as needed, and collaborate with different teams to improve reporting processes.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Google Sheets for data handling, formulas, pivot tables and charts.
• Strong reporting and presentation skills using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.

Responsibilities

• Extract and update customer details from the CRM into Google Sheets.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad‑hoc reports with tables and charts.
• Use pivot tables and formulas to analyze case data and trends.
• Create and format reports and presentations for management review using Google Slides or PowerPoint.
• Follow up with customers as needed and maintain professional communication.
• Provide general administrative support and organize reports.
• Must commit to a minimum internship period of 6 months.
