Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain accounts payable and liaise with suppliers on payment issues.
• Verify DO with supplier invoice before payment.
• Issue cheques and process online payments.
• Verify and process staff claims.
• Calculate foreign worker wages and maintain staff loans/leaves records.
• Ensure proper filing of documents (account, ISO & others).
• Renew foreign worker permits.
• Assist in recruitment processes.
• General admin duties.
• Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by management.
