You will assist in handling inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, and provide accurate information about products and services. You will support the customer service team, maintain records, follow up on pending matters, and help prepare reports and administrative documentation, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Assist in handling customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in.
• Provide accurate information regarding company products and services.
• Support the customer service team in resolving customer complaints and issues.
• Maintain proper records of customer interactions and feedback.
• Follow up with customers on pending matters when required.
• Assist in preparing reports and administrative documentation.
