Job summary

Oriental Fastech Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. (OFM) invites applications for a student Customer Service Assistant role in Bukit Minyak Industrial Area, Penang.

You will assist in handling inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, and provide accurate information about products and services. You will support the customer service team, maintain records, follow up on pending matters, and help prepare reports and administrative documentation, collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communication, or related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
