Job summary

Kitchen INC in Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator (Junior–Mid Level) to handle inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email, and coordinate traffic control of all incoming inquiries to the appropriate department.

You will arrange technician schedules and follow up on service progress, keeping customers updated on repairs, service status, quotations, and warranty matters. The role requires at least 1 year in customer service and strong English communication skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service, coordination, or related roles.
• Able to converse and write in English.
• Good communication skills; soft-spoken and patient when dealing with customers.
• Attentive, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks.
• Good follow-up skills and sense of urgency.
• Basic Microsoft Word & Excel knowledge.
• Positive attitude and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Coordinate and monitor traffic for incoming inquiries, assigning to the right department.
• Arrange technician schedules and follow up on service progress.
• Keep customers updated on repairs, service status, quotations, and warranty matters.
• Coordinate with Operations, Sales, Warehouse, and Finance teams.
• Maintain records and ensure inquiries are followed up until completion.
• Escalate urgent or unresolved issues to the relevant person.
