TP in Penang Georgetown is seeking a customer service professional to handle Chinese inquiries across voice, email, and chat.

You will provide accurate information, guide patients, and follow up on service requests, documenting everything in the CRM and ensuring timely resolutions while maintaining high client satisfaction.

• Good English communication skills for internal communication and training.
• Previous experience in call center or customer service is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via voice, email, and chat in Chinese.
• Provide accurate information, guidance, and follow‑up on patient cases and service requests.
• Ensure timely resolution of queries while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
• Document interactions in CRM systems accurately and thoroughly.

Location: Penang Georgetown, Livingston tower

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: Rotational shift within 9am - 10pm, 5 working days in a week

earliest: 9am - 6pm; latest: 1pm - 10pm

Compensation: Competitive Salary + Language Allowance + Health Benefits

Salary Package: Basic up to RM 3,600 + language allowance RM 300
