Job summary

Convergent Distribution in Malaysia seeks capable customer service and sales officers to respond to incoming calls, chats, and emails, and to handle enquiries and complaints professionally.

You will establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s IT products and services, ensure accurate documentation, and deliver excellent service with timely feedback.

Qualifications

• English and Malay command is essential; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• At least 1 year in sales or customer service.
• Experience in IT industries is a plus.
• Preference for immediate start or short notice.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams).
• SPM or Diploma in any field required.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

• Respond to incoming customers' calls, live chats, or emails.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
• Establish and maintain relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the company’s IT products and services.
• Ensure accurate documentation and collect feedback/recommendations from customers.
• Deliver excellent service to customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as required.
