Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly customer support specialist who loves talking to people and solving issues. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, and provide knowledgeable answers about product, pricing, and availability.

Fresh graduates are welcome. Fluency in Mandarin (C1) and basic English (B1) are required. You will work with internal teams to meet customer needs and perform data entry across platforms.
