Job summary

BW Yee Seng Steel Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales team with PO processing, BOM, quotations, delivery orders, invoices and related documents. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email and perform accurate data entry in SAP.

Qualifications

• Assist the Sales team with PO processing, BOM, quotations, Delivery Orders, invoices and related documentation.
• Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails, and perform accurate data entry in SAP.
• Maintain proper records of customer communications and order transactions.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with internal departments (QA, Store, Logistics, Planning, Production) to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.
• Monitor customer orders, follow up on order status, shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.
• Ensure all shipment processes are closely monitored and completed accurately.
• Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team as required.
