Job summary

BW Yee Seng Steel Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support the Sales team with PO processing, BOM, quotations, delivery orders, invoices and related documents. You will handle customer inquiries via phone and email and perform accurate data entry in SAP.

You will coordinate with QA, Store, Logistics, Planning and Production to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery, monitor orders and shipment schedules, and maintain thorough records of

Job description

Assist the Sales team with Purchase Order (PO) processing, Bill of Materials (BOM), quotations, Delivery Orders (D/O), invoices and related documentation.

Handle customer enquiries through phone calls and emails, and perform accurate data entry and updates in SAP.

Ensure all sales and customer-related records are properly maintained.

2. Order & Delivery Coordination

Coordinate with internal departments, including QA, Store, Logistics, Planning and Production, to ensure smooth order processing and timely delivery.

Monitor customer orders and follow up on order status, shipment arrangements and delivery schedules.

Ensure all shipment processes are closely monitored and completed accurately.

Attend to customer enquiries, complaints and requests professionally and promptly.

Coordinate with relevant departments to investigate and resolve customer complaints and operational issues.

Follow up on corrective actions to ensure customer satisfaction.

4. Documentation & Reporting

Ensure accurate processing and maintenance of sales orders, quotations, invoices, delivery orders and other related documents.

Maintain proper records of customer communications and order transactions.

5. Other Responsibilities

Provide administrative and operational support to the Sales team when required.

Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities assigned by Management.
