Job summary

FM GLOBAL LOGISTICS (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a logistics operations assistant to coordinate export/import bookings by sea, air and road. You will communicate daily with customers, head office, shipping lines, brokers and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations.

Ideal candidates have an analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and are willing to support the quotations process and monitor end-to-end shipments.

Qualifications

• Min, SPM or fresh graduate with Diploma is acceptable.
• Strong analytical mind, observant and good communication skills.
• Willingness to coordinate export/import via sea/air/road.
• Ability to track and monitor end-to-end shipments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate & monitor scheduling and booking for export/import via sea/air/road.
• Daily communication with customers, HQ, shipping lines, customs brokers and overseas agents on operations.
• Assist and back up the business development team on quotations.
• Track-trace and monitor supply chains, door-to-door shipments and inland movements.

- Co-ordination & monitoring scheduling & booking – export & import -sea / air & road mode for customers.

-Daily communication & co-ordination with customer/ Head quarter -PKG /shipping line/ custom -broker & oversea agents on daily operational matters.

-Manage & back up business development team on quotation.

-Track-trace & monitoring on supply chains /door to door shipment/inland.

Job Requirement
