Job summary

ASJ Components is seeking a Customer Care Specialist to serve as the main liaison between customers and the company, handling orders and coordinating shipments. The role requires processing POs, updating planners on schedules, and ensuring timely deliveries.

You will also manage consignments, prepare shipping documents, maintain SAP mappings, and support Sales & Marketing with regular reporting. This permanent position offers growth within a dedicated team.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English is needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as contact window between customers and ASJ to handle order inquiries.
• Receive and process purchase orders from customers and liaise with planner on scheduling.
• Reschedule existing POs for pull in/push out or cancellations and arrange shipments.
• Plan consignments at hub, arrange shipment and consignments billing.
• Prepare shipping documents and liaise with forwarder/agent for shipments.
• Maintain part mapping and pricing for each customer in SAP.
• Assist Sales & Marketing team as needed.
• Prepare Month to Date reports for customer bookings on a weekly basis.

• Contact window between customers and ASJ with regards of customers' order.
• Receive and process PO from customer and liase with planner on schedule date. Reply to customers support date.
• Responsible to do rescheduling on the existing PO for pull in/push out ior cancellation and to arrange for the shipment.
• Planning for consignment stock at hub, arranging for the shipment and do consignment billing.
• Prepare shipping doc and liase with forwarder/agent for the shipment.
• Maintaining the part mapping and price for each customers into SAP system
• Assist Sales & Marketing team from time to time
• Responsible to do Month to Date report for customers' booking on weekly basis (Senior Officer).
• Any other work related with CS job scope

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

(Equivalent related experience may be substituted for educational requirements)

• Fluent in English is needed.
