Job summary

MFS Technology in Malaysia is seeking a dedicated professional to provide outstanding customer service and coordinate delivery requirements. The role involves communicating with customers via phone, email, and in person, meeting CRSD timelines, and liaising with Production, Material, Quality, and Logistics to ensure accurate shipments.

• Provide excellent customer service and ensure that the needs of customers are satisfied.
• Serve customers by providing product and service information, resolving product and service problems.
• Communicating courteously with customers by telephone, email, letter, and face to face.
• Responsible for meeting customer required ship dates (CRSD).
• Responsible for coordinating production on delivery requirements.
• Responsible for interfacing with Production, Material and Quality on matters pertaining to shipment requirements.
• Responsible for interfacing Logistics on the shipment arrangement.
• Provide the customer the real-time information on scheduling.
• Managing the VMI inventory control level.
• Responsible for analyzing changes in demand from the customer and resolving the discrepancies with the customer.
• Responsible for meeting company and department objectives.
• Responsible for ensuring the quality management system implementations and maintenances in accordance with the ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS 9100, ISO 13485 and customer requirements are met.
