Your Role

Contributing to Global Export Success. You will be a crucial member of our team, responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate processing of export shipments.

• Become a Data Management Specialist: Accurately manage and input critical export data, adhering to our established Export Standard Operating Procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Drive Booking Efficiency: Independently create and manage Quick Bookings within the CargoWise system, utilizing booking confirmations to initiate the shipment process.
• Oversee Shipment Consolidation: Take ownership of consolidation registrations and generate precise Shipper's instructions, ensuring clear communication for seamless handling.
• Serve as a Key Information Contact: Proactively respond to information inquiries with accuracy and efficiency, and effectively access and manage relevant shipment documentation.
• Champion Accuracy and Collaboration: Conduct thorough quality checks on completed work to guarantee accuracy and proactively communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain Data Integrity: Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality for sensitive customer and company information.
• Facilitate International Partnerships: Utilize your written Mandarin skills to effectively communicate with our partners, fostering strong working relationships.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Language Skills: Strong written and spoken English and Mandarin are required, as this role supports export operations and involves regular communication with Mandarin-speaking customers, partners, and overseas stakeholders.

• Data Accuracy: Excellent attention to detail with the ability to perform accurate and efficient data entry.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems such as CargoWise.
• Learning Agility: A strong interest in building a career within the freight forwarding and international logistics industry.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, based on operational requirements and global time zone coverage.
