Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming calls from customers.
• Provide good customer service and maintain good rapport with customers.
• Ensure customer requests, inquiries, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved promptly.
• Arrange incoming reverse charge pickup.
• Collaborate with team to maintain efficiency and productivity.
• Escalate unresolved issues per procedures.
• Record inquiries and ensure follow-up.
• Monitor Kuching agent shipments to prevent pendings beyond three weeks.
• Perform other tasks assigned by supervisor.
• Carry out ad-hoc tasks in a professional and effective manner.

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service professional to join our team at City-Link Express (M) Sdn Bhd in Kuching, Sarawak. This full-time role is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

• Handle all incoming calls from customers
• Provide good customer services and maintain good report with company customers
• Ensure customer request, inquiry, feedback and complaints are attended and resolved in timely manner and in accordance to Company's procedures
• Arranging incoming reverse charge pickup
• Work closely with team members to achieve optimum efficiency and productivity
• To elevate any unresolved issues, which cannot be completed within the agreed procedures.
• Ensure inquiries received are properly recorded and follow- up.
• Monitor Kuching agent shipments (PSI) to ensure no pendings more than three weeks.
• Any other tasks assigned from time to time by superior.
• Ensure all ad-hoc tasks assigned carry out in a professional and effective manner.
