Job summary

Creative Asia (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya (Kelana Jaya) is seeking two Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executives to turn inquiries into confirmed orders. This office-based role handles inquiries via WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins, and recommends printing options.

Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executive — 2 Positions

Creative Asia (M) Sdn Bhd supplies apparel printing, gifts and premiums, lanyards, and trophies. We are looking for two confident, customer-focused salespeople to advise customers and turn incoming enquiries into confirmed orders. Our online advertising generates enquiries for you to follow up and close.

Pay and benefits

RM3,500–RM3,800 monthly basic salary, depending on experience, plus attractive commission.

Our customer service team typically earns RM5,000–RM8,000 per month including commission, depending on sales performance.

Full-time, Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm.

Product training provided.

Office-based indoor sales role in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya.

What you will do

What we are looking for

Work location

Our office is in Kelana Jaya, Petaling Jaya, approximately a 15-minute walk from the train station. Applicants should be comfortable with the daily commute.
