Job summary

Thanks Lighting Sdn. Bhd. in Ipoh, Malaysia, is seeking an Indoor Sales Executive. You will understand customer needs, recommend suitable products, and convert enquiries into sales. The role requires Mandarin speaking with Malay/English as added advantages. Willingness to work weekends and holidays is required.

The position offers a basic salary of RM2,200–RM5,000+ with sales incentives, EPF/SOCSO/EIS, and training. 6-day work week, full-time, store hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service or retail.
• Enjoy interacting and communicating with customers.
• Able to prepare quotations and manage orders.
• Willing to work weekends or selected holidays.
• Mandarin speaking required; Malay/English a plus.
• Familiar with WhatsApp, computers and basic office applications.

We believe customers are not just buying products — they are looking for confidence and the right solutions. Therefore, we are looking for an Indoor Sales Executive who can understand customers' needs, recommend suitable products and turn enquiries into actual sales.

We Are Looking for Someone Who:

• Has experience in sales, customer service or retail
• Enjoys interacting and communicating with customers
• Is confident in recommending suitable products to customers
• Can prepare quotations and manage customer orders
• Is proactive in following up with customers until they make a decision
• Is responsible and has good work discipline
• Is familiar with WhatsApp, computers and basic office applications
• Can speak Mandarin (Malay and English are an added advantage)
• Experience in lighting, electrical, hardware, furniture or renovation-related industries is an advantage

Job Details:
