Job summary

Jora Malaysia is hiring a Junior Indoor Sales Assistant to join our office-based team in Selangor. If you have sales experience and enjoy closing deals from the office, this role offers stable growth and clear targets.

You will handle leads, prepare quotes, process orders, and keep the sales data up to date while collaborating with senior staff to hit monthly goals. Mandarin, English & Bahasa Malaysia are beneficial.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in sales (online or telemarketing).
• Confident, clear communicator who can talk to customers.
• Comfortable typing, checking emails, and handling system paperwork.
• Motivated by hitting targets and earning incentives.
• Able to converse in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia; other dialects are a plus.

Responsibilities
