Job summary

Creative Asia (M) Sdn Bhd in Petaling Jaya (Kelana Jaya) is seeking two Customer Service & Indoor Sales Executives to turn inquiries into confirmed orders. This office-based role handles inquiries via WhatsApp, calls and walk-ins, and recommends printing options.

You will prepare quotations, manage follow-ups, coordinate with production, and drive payments to ensure a smooth customer experience. A Diploma or higher is required, with at least one year of sales experience; strong English is

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Chinese language ability is an advantage for communication.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and walk-ins.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products and printing options.
• Prepare quotations and manage follow-ups using our internal system.
• Follow up with interested customers, build relationships, and close sales.
• Coordinate orders with production and follow up on payments to ensure a smooth customer experience.
