Job summary

Giftstalk, a leading corporate gifts company in Malaysia, is seeking a customer service-oriented candidate for its Seri Kembangan showroom. You will handle client enquiries, learn product details, and confidently propose gifts to clients while managing orders from confirmation to delivery.

The role offers on-the-job training, a commission system (RM1,000–RM6,000 per month), medical leave, and a five-day workweek with two lunch-hour shifts. Join a dynamic team in a growth-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office, email, phone calls, and basic paperwork.
• Ability to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Experience in a related field is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle client enquiries via email, walk-in, and phone calls.
• Learn and understand Giftstalk products to confidently propose them to clients.
• Follow up on orders from confirmation through delivery, meeting deadlines.
• Keep the showroom tidy and participate in sales campaigns.
• Collect payments and submit sales documents to admin for filing.

About you

Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Minimum SPM or Diploma in any field

Experience in a related field is an advantage

Able to work independently, yet a good team player during group meetings or bonding sessions

Willing to learn, patient, and able to multi-task

Able to work in Seri Kembangan, Serdang

On-the-job task and work training

Commission system — earn an extra RM1,000-6,000 per month

Medical leave claim (up to RM60/month)

Choice of 2 lunch hour shifts

Annual leave (8-19 days)
