Job summary

Clare Freight (M) Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a detail-oriented Shipping Coordinator to handle shipment bookings, monitor status and approvals, and release booking confirmations to shippers and agents. You will coordinate across teams to ensure timely processing and accurate data entry into the bookings system.

The role also supports sales by sourcing rates and sailing schedules, prepares shipping documents including B/Ls, and handles AMS filing/e-manifests for customs compliance.

Job description

-Co-ordination and handle shipment bookings

-Update status & data into bookings system and monitor approvals

-Release of Booking Confirmation to shipper and agents

-Sales supports and helping source of rates , sailing schedule & etc.

-Prepare shipping documents, print of B/L and send final pre-alerts

-Filing of AMS filing / E-manifest of shipment for custom purpose
