Job summary

Asia Recruit represents a leading telecommunications client in Malaysia for a Customer Service Executive positioned in Bandar Sunway. The role handles incoming calls and corporate enquiries, aiming for prompt, professional solutions.

Candidates should hold a Diploma or Degree with 1 year of experience, be fluent in English, and be willing to work in shift/rotation. Malaysians only and booster vaccination preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM, Diploma or Degree holder with minimum of 1 year experience.
• Experienced in contact centre/customer service/BPO working environment.
• Must be proficient in English.
• Only Malaysians Citizens are eligible to apply.
• Willing to work in Shift & Rotation basis.
• Must be Fully Vaccinated with Booster.

Responsibilities

• Handling incoming calls and enquiries promptly from corporate client accurately and professionally.
• Follow up and resolve customers' complains and ensure it is close to satisfaction.

• Work closely with team members and leaders to achieve quality results and productivity.
• Ensure efficient escalation of priority request/feedback towards effective resolution.
• Participate in ad hoc projects as required.
• Proactively identify areas of service and procedural improvement and make recommendations to the team leader.
• Upsell and cross-sell skills with ability to provide alternate solutions and suggestions.
• Any other duties assigned by the team leader.
