Job summary

ASK Resources in Bandar Sunway invites a Customer Care Consultant to handle inbound/outbound calls for Postpaid & Fibre, with up to RM3400 monthly. The role involves guiding customers, troubleshooting line issues and promoting products, with upsell opportunities.

Candidate must have 1 year call center experience, be able to communicate in English and Bahasa Melayu, and be willing to work a 24/7 shift on a 2-year contract basis. Basic digital tool knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• 1 year working experience in a call center.
• Able to communicate well in English and Bahasa Melayu.
• SPM/Diploma/Degree holder.
• Willing to perform up-sales/cross-selling during the call.
• Able to work 24/7 shift rotation basis.
• Basic knowledge of digital tools and platform (WhatsApp, App, ChatBOT etc).

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding Postpaid & Fibre issues.
• Assist customers in troubleshooting line issues.
• Walk customers through product offerings and promotions.
• Cross/sell company products during calls.
