We are currently representing our client to source for potential candidate to fill in the role as Customer Service Executive, based in KL area.

Basic up to RM4000 (depending on experience)

Monthly KPI incentive

Dental/optical yearly allowance

Key responsibilities

• Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers
• Serve customers by determining requirements, answering inquiries, resolving problems, fulfilling requests, and maintaining database
• Educate customers about products and services and direct them towards available resources for self-help
• Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions, and identify and elevate customer issues to appropriate departments
• Act on required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and update customer data into relevant systems accurately
• Maintain confidentiality of customers and data at all times

Requirements

• SPM + 5 years of relevant working experience; Diploma + 2 years of relevant working experience; Degree holder with relevant experience
• Able to work rotational shift - 24/7 shift
