Job summary

A recruitment agency located in Kuala Lumpur is looking for Inbound Customer Service representatives. Candidates must possess a diploma with 2 years of experience or be fresh graduates. The role involves delivering excellent service via phone, addressing customer inquiries, and educating clients on company products. The position requires availability for rotational shifts and fluency in Mandarin is an advantage. The salary package includes a basic pay of up to RM4000, quarterly incentives, and yearly allowances.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure highest standards of service delivery on personalized phone services to our customers
  • Serve customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database
  • Educate the customer about the products and services and directs them towards available resources for self-help
  • Manage customer complaints, issues and subsequent solutions and is responsible for identifying and escalating customer issues to the appropriate department
  • Act on any required customer follow-up in accordance with Contact Centre internal guidelines and updates customer data into relevant systems accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality of the customers and data at all times
Qualifications
  • Diploma + 2 years of working experience
  • Degree Fresh are welcome to apply
  • Able to work Rotational Shift - 24/7 shift (5 or 5.5 days work)
  • Able to speak in Mandarin will be an added advantage
  • Willing to be based in KL
  • Due to specific job requirements, we are currently limiting applications to Malaysian citizens
  • Basic up to RM4000 (depending on experience)
  • Quarterly KPI Incentive up to RM2,200
