Job summary

University Book Store Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive (Order Management) to execute, maintain, and facilitate ordering procedures, and to assist the Sales Team in all matters pertaining to sales.

You will ensure the accuracy and completeness of sales transactions, handle general inquiries on orders and stock availability, and contribute to timely submission of reports. This role requires strong communication and attention to detail to support customers and internal teams.
