Job summary

Multi-Trans is seeking a proactive logistics professional to oversee end-to-end logistics operations in Malaysia. You will manage inventory, transportation, and order fulfilment while driving process improvements.

The role requires strong English communication, problem-solving and analytical skills, with experience in international logistics and customs regulations considered an advantage. Based at KLIA Cargo Village, you will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in logistics or related fields.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Experience with international logistics and customs regulations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end logistics operations, including inventory management, transportation and order fulfilment.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings within logistics and customer service functions.
• Monitor and analyse KPIs to improve customer service and logistics performance.
• Manage customer enquiries, complaints and escalations, ensuring timely resolution and effective communication.
• Foster strong relationships with key customers and strategic partners to enhance collaboration and loyalty.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices and regulatory requirements to drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure smooth logistics coordination and service delivery.
• Support departmental objectives and ensure operational activities are carried out efficiently and effectively.

Requirements
