Job Responsibility
- Handle inbound customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Provide assistance to resolve inquiries related to telco services (prepaid/postpaid, billing, etc.)
- Identify root causes of customer issues and propose appropriate solutions
- Maintain excellent telephone etiquette â professional, confident, and patient at all times
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication

Working Days & Hours
- 5 working days per week with 2 rest days (may fall on weekdays/weekends)
- Shift Schedule:
- Morning: 8:00 AM â 5:00 PM / 9:00 AM â 6:00 PM
- Evening: 1:00 PM â 10:00 PM / 3:00 PM â 12:00 AM

Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM qualification
- Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia (spoken, written, and reading)
- Computer literate, with basic knowledge of MS Office
- Must pass phone interview and required assessments
- Able to work on shifts and weekends
Job Benefits
Remuneration Package:
- Basic Salary: RM2,150.00 (Fixed)
- KPI Allowance: Up to RM1,000.00 (Performance-based)
- Shift Allowance: Based on working shift
- OT Allowance: Applicable if overtime required

- Language allowance: RM300.00/month (Fixed - Mandarin speaking)
