Job summary

Tan Chong Group is seeking a Customer Service Executive to join our team in Kuala Lumpur. You will be the front desk representative, handling customer inquiries, renewals, and claims while ensuring quality service across the group’s insurance operations.

You will follow up motor and non-motor renewals, liaise with subsidiaries, corporate clients and insurers, and assist branches with cover notes. Excellent communication and persistence are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of customer service or insurance industry experience.
• Knowledge of insurance products and operations is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle rejection and remain persistent.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Front Desk Service to ensure quality services being rendered to customers including inquiry, renewal and claims.
• Follow up renewals on both motor & non-motor renewals to ensure renewal reminders being convey to customers.
• To achieve renewal& new business target set by management for both motor & non motor renewal.
• Correspondence and interaction with group subsidiaries, corporate clients & insurers on both motor & non motor matters.
• Assist nationwide branches to issue cover notes when required.
