Job summary

Businesslist in Malaysia is seeking a Manager/Senior Manager for Call Centre & Telesales, based in Selangor, to drive customer retention initiatives and strategic campaigns with insurance partners. The role focuses on growing the finance and insurance business and leading a high‑performing inbound team.

You will ensure service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency while pursuing new opportunities and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in banking/financial services call centres and telesales.

Responsibilities

• Manage and improve customer retention programmes, CRM activities, to strengthen customer loyalty and encourage repeat business.
• Support the growth of the finance & insurance business by planning sales campaigns, working with insurance partners, monitoring sales performance, and identifying new business opportunities.
• Lead the Inbound Call Team to provide quality customer service, achieve team targets, follow service standards, and handle customer enquiries and complaints effectively.
• Ensure customer service operations are completed accurately and efficiently, including transaction processing, system updates, and compliance with company procedures and requirements.
