Packxpert Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a customer-focused professional to support client accounts and logistics operations in Malaysia. The role requires strong English and Malay communication, meticulous organization, and the ability to manage multiple requests across ticketing, email and WhatsApp.
You will serve as the main contact for assigned clients, coordinate daily order status with internal teams, and assist with stock movements, returns and notices. Fresh graduates welcome, 1–2 years preferred.

1–2 years experience in customer service, client account management or logistics operations preferred (fresh graduates welcome)
Good communication skills in English and Malay
Comfortable multitasking across ticketing system, email and WhatsApp
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to follow up on multiple requests at once
Able to stay calm and solution-focused when handling client requests
Basic understanding of e-commerce/warehouse operations is a plus
Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for tracking purposes
Minimum SPM/Diploma, any field

Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients via WhatsApp group and ticketing system
Respond to and resolve daily client queries and requests in a timely manner
Monitor and coordinate daily order processing status with internal teams
Coordinate inbound stock arrangements with clients (schedule, quantity, SKU details)
Handle outbound requests including special shipping instructions or urgent orders
Arrange and follow up on reverse pickup/returns with clients and courier partners
Update clients on inventory status, stock discrepancies, and any operational issues
Prepare and send memos or notices to client groups (e.g. public holiday cut-offs, system downtime, campaign reminders)
Liaise between clients and internal departments (warehouse, inbound, outbound) to ensure smooth operations
Escalate unresolved or urgent issues to supervisor
