Job summary

Milieu Solar Sdn. Bhd. is looking for a customer service assistant in Iskandar Puteri to promptly respond to inquiries via text, email, and social platforms, while delivering essential admin support to the sales team.

You will follow up with customers to obtain required information, provide accurate information on products and processes, and ensure customer records are kept up to date in the system. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Require SPM or Diploma in any field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in written and spoken English & Bahasa Malay; Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem solving, and teamwork skills.
