Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a customer engagement assistant to drive inquiries and orders via social media and email. You will handle quotations, website enquiries, and assist in online promotions while coordinating with Customer Service and Logistics to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires good communication, social media familiarity, and a proactive, self-motivated attitude with solid Microsoft Office skills. This is a on-site position in Subang Jaya, Malaysia.

Qualifications

• SPM or higher is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer skills.
• Familiar with Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn social platforms.
• Proactive, self-motivated with good communication and persuasion skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage and communicate with potential customers through social media, instant messaging platforms, and email.
• Handle website enquiries, prepare quotations, and follow up on customer orders.
• Assist in implementing online promotional campaigns and uploading product listings.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service and Logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
