Qualifications

• Proficiency in Windows, Gmail, and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to communicate with clients about stock availability and orders.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with client regarding stock availability after checking the inventory system (Autocount System).
• Convert Sales Order to Delivery Order after client confirms delivery date.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department regarding warranty issues of products.
• Ensure client satisfaction with the service provided.

Jobscope:

• Communicate with client regarding their stock availability after check inventory system like Autocount System.
• Convert Sales Order To Delivery Order after the client confirm their bill delivery date.
• Coordinate with Purchase Department regarding warranty issue of product.
• Make sure the client is satisfied regarding to our service.
