Job summary

Jora Malaysia is seeking a Customer Service Executive in Shah Alam to handle service inquiries, log calls, and dispatch to field staff. Fresh graduates welcome; diploma/bachelor required. Proficient in English; Mandarin speakers preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

The role involves data entry, invoicing for non-contract customers, and coordinating outstation service calls, with occasional backup for other sections as needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls and inquiries for service requests.
• Log service calls into the corporate system.
• Dispatch service calls to service representatives.
• Follow up on service calls for further attention.
• Close calls, data entry and CI work orders for completed jobs.
• Assist in troubleshooting minor machine problems.
• Liaise with field service area heads on service-related matters.
• Check and clear pending work orders (over 30 days).
• Generate invoices for non-contract customers.
• Assist and coordinate outstation service calls.
• Back up other sections if needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle call in and inquiries for service request.
• Log in service calls into corporate system.
• Dispatch service calls to service representative.
• Ensure follow up further attention service calls.
• Close call, data entry and CI work orders in corporate system for completed jobs.
• Assist in trouble shooting on minor machine problems.
• Liaise with field service area heads on service-related matters whenever necessary.
• Responsible to check and clear all pending work orders (especially above 30 days) for territory assigned.
• Generate invoice for non-contract customers.
• Assist and coordinate outstation service calls.

Customer Service

• Backup for other section in the event of insufficient manpower.

Other Duties

• To perform any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in any field. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Good command of spoken and written English. Those who are able to speak in Mandarin are encouraged to apply. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
• Applicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam.
• Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
