Prinz Klinik in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a results-driven sales and customer service specialist to manage inquiries from social media, promote health screening products, and close deals while upselling related services. The role requires collaboration with the team to hit monthly targets and seamless scheduling of patient appointments.

You will engage customers, respond to inquiries across online channels, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure timely, accurate support.

Formación

• 1 year experience in any call center preferred.
• Fresh graduates encouraged to apply as training will be provided.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin (written and verbal).
• MS Office: Excel, Word & PowerPoint required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle sales inquiries via Facebook, Instagram and other social media; promote health screening products and close deals, with upselling of other products.
• Collaborate with team to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Capture leads from inquiries with name, contact, email and concerns; arrange appointments.
• Deliver positive customer service through online channels; respond to requests and anticipate needs.
• Coordinate with doctors and nurses to ensure customer requests and questions are handled promptly and properly.
• Assist in scheduling customers' appointments and sign-ups for products.
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and management.

• Basic Salary + Commission = RM 3500 to RM 5000
• Managing sales inquiries through Facebook, Instagram and social media platform, promoting health screening products and close deal as well as upselling other screening products
• To work closely with other team members to achieve the monthly sales target
• Approach customers from enquiries to capture the new leads with name, contact number, email, patient main concern and etc
• Provide a positive customer service experience through various online communication tools responding to client requests and anticipating unstated needs
• Develop and maintain positive customer relations and coordinates with doctor and nurses to ensure customer requests and questions are handled appropriately and in a timely manner
• Assist to arrange customers' appointments and to sign up any interested products
• Assist in resolving customer complaints tactfully
• Perform any other duties as assigned by superior and management

Requirements:

• SPM / STPM / Diploma / Degree with at least 1 year experience in any call center is added advantage
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as training will be provided
• Proficient in basic languages English and Mandarin (both written and verbal)
• Basic Competency of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word & PowerPoint)
• Experience in medical industry will be an added advantage
• Must be highly motivated, initiative, sales-oriented and willing to learn.
• Flexibility towards fast changing priorities and business processes.
