Zong Xun Embroidery&Marketing is seeking a customer service representative to respond to online inquiries and handle phone calls in a quiet, air-conditioned office. You will identify customer needs, recommend suitable products, and ensure satisfaction through effective communication and timely responses.

No prior experience is required as training is provided; a proactive team-oriented environment offers personal workspace, EPF, SOCSO, annual leave, a Chinese New Year bonus, and free parking.
