Radii Global is seeking a Cantonese-speaking Live Sales Agent to support customers through their online purchasing journey in Malaysia. This onsite role suits those who enjoy sales and communicating with customers in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.

The ideal candidate is a fresh graduate or diploma holder with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in call center, customer service, or telesales is a plus; availability to start by mid-October is required.

Qualifications

• Fluent Cantonese speaker – reading and writing Cantonese/Chinese is not required.
• Fresh graduates and Diploma holders are welcome to apply.
• Previous call center, customer service, telesales, or sales experience is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working onsite and on a rotational schedule.
• Must be available to start/board by mid-October.
