Jora Malaysia is seeking a friendly and motivated retail associate to join our fashion team. You will greet customers, offer styling advice, and help them find the perfect items while maintaining an inviting store atmosphere.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and training will be provided. The role requires weekend and public holiday shifts, strong communication, and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• Ability to deliver friendly and professional customer service.
• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Provide styling advice and product recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets by promoting collections and delivering great service.
• Operate POS system for sales, refunds, and exchanges.
• Perform basic tailoring tasks after training where applicable.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Replenish stock, price merchandise, and assist with inventory.
• Handle inquiries, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with team to meet store targets.
• Stay informed about new arrivals and promotions.

• Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales targets.
