PERSOL Malaysia is seeking a Customer Experience Relationship Representative to handle inquiries and complaints related to package pick‑up and delivery. The role requires clear communication and a customer‑centric approach, with outbound calls and end‑to‑end issue resolution as core duties.

The position supports fresh graduates and offers shift-based hours, with allowances such as a fixed monthly amount and shift incentives to reward performance and reliability.

• Competitive Fix Allowance up to MYR 600/Month
