Responsibilities

• Handle and respond to customer requests, enquiries and complaints relating to package pick-up and delivery.
• Provide information and assistance on products and services.
• Make outbound calls to customers where required.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints end-to‑to‑end, ensuring timely and effective solutions.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and deliver an outstanding customer experience.
