Job summary

MXM International Sdn Bhd is seeking a Customer Service Executive to attend to customers' inquiries and follow up on renewal matters, providing solutions and prioritising customer needs at every step of the process.

In this role you will follow up renewal cases, prepare daily renewal reports, train advisors monthly, answer calls and manage emails and tickets, while coordinating with branches, advisors and insurers to complete renewals.

Qualifications

• Must have customer service experience in a related role.
• Proficient communication in English, BM and Mandarin.
• Experience in call centre or customer service environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers' inquiries and follow up on renewal matters.
• Prepare renewal reports on a daily basis.
• Conduct briefing or training to advisors monthly.
• Assist in answering incoming calls.
• Liaise with advisors, members, branches, and insurers to complete renewals.
• Assist in handling emails and tickets.
• Perform administrative tasks.
