Job summary

Southern Auto Capital Sdn. Bhd. in Batu Pahat, Malaysia, is seeking a Customer Service Executive to support our general insurance policyholders.

You will handle enquiries, renewals, claims and premium collection, and help grow the business by spotting sales opportunities with existing customers. The role emphasizes customer-focused service, smooth policy servicing, and teamwork with Accounts. Fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided, and 1–3 years' experience in general insurance

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply; training will be provided.
• 1-3 years' experience in general insurance customer service, claims or sales is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Act as main contact for policyholders on enquiries, policy servicing and amendments
• Manage policy renewals for the assigned portfolio and follow up with customers before expiry
• Assist customers with claims, from registration through follow-up with insurers, workshops and adjusters, until settlement
• Monitor premium collection and follow up on outstanding payments
• Coordinate with the Accounts team on premium payments and claim-related disbursements
• Identify cross-selling and new business opportunities among existing customers
• Perform other duties as assigned by Management from time to time
