Job summary

LHM Evolve Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to deliver professional and friendly service, ensuring a smooth customer experience. You will manage service appointments, respond to inquiries, and coordinate with internal teams.

The role emphasizes follow-ups via SMS and calls, accurate customer records, and adherence to SOPs to ensure every customer feels valued. Monday–Saturday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM; full-time, permanent. Benefits include maternity, parental, and additional leave.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of SPM, STPM, or Diploma in any field.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to all walk-in customers in a friendly, courteous, and professional manner.
• Manage service appointments and respond to customer enquiries efficiently.
• Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, preferably within three rings.
• Conduct regular customer follow-ups and service reminders through SMS and phone calls to encourage consistent service visits.
• Assist customers with their enquiries, requests, and concerns while ensuring appropriate follow-up.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure customer needs are addressed effectively.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and service records.
• Adhere to company SOPs, customer service standards, and established guidelines at all times.
• Ensure every customer receives a professional and satisfactory experience when dealing with the company.
